Dealing with Oria Heating and Cooling was straight forward and down to earth. I received the quote for the replacement of the furnace and air-condition over the e-mail soon after my telephone conversation with Oria representative. My initial phone call was on Friday and right next week on Tuesday the entire work was completed. I was very happy with the availability and the performance of the whole crew. All my questions were answered with confidence and professionalism. I received just one quote for this work prior to contacting Oria but I must say that I was left with the feel that Oria was competitive in pricing their work.
